Cameron Road United posted their second straight shutout en route to their second straight 3-0 win on Sunday when they beat up on The Most Interesting Team in the World. There’s nothing like beating the Celtic Cowboys on a Sunday morning. Doesn’t matter which version your facing, when you see those green and white stripes on the opposite side of the pitch, you wanna take’em down. And that’s just what Cameron Road did yesterday in a thrilling 3-2 victory.

For the second week in a row, Cameron Road gave up 4 goals in the second half and fell to the Strikers to continue their typical slow start to the fall season losing 6-1.

To say the final 4-1 scoreline was harsh on Cameron Road would be a fair statement. What started out so promisingly for CRU ended in a frustrating defeat at the hands of Massive Attack. Once again, CRU finds itself in a start-of-the-season hole and forced to make up some points.

After waltzing through last week’s game with the Celtic Cowboys, Cameron Road faced a much more talented and determined opponent in WTF. The hard fought game saw CRU come from behind to tie the game in the first half, and eventually see out the winner in the last minute of play in dramatic fashion.

On Sunday, Cameron Road exercised the demons of years past by dropping a dime on the Celtic Cowboys and earning a 10-1 victory.
