10 Men Cameron Road United Fall to Strikers 5-0

Much like the fabled battle at Thermopylae, a few Cameron Roaders stood against many. 10 brave souls faced 19. And just like the Spartans, the men of Cameron Road fought the good fight, and were playing toe-to-toe with the Persians, er, Strikers for 45 minutes when the score was just a one goal difference. But in the second half, the wheels fell off and the Strikers rode their wave of fresh legs to a 5-0 victory.

Many thanks to McKenna, Willis, Chap, Scott, Way, David, Crosley, Danny, Andy and Jay for showing up. They were all Man-of-the-Match.
